Senior Product Manager - Integration

Come help us create a next generation customer data and engagement platform used by the world’s most innovative brands. As a Senior Product Manager, Integrations you will lead the creation of an ecosystem of connectivity between SessionM and leading platforms (marketing, ecommerce, analytics, etc). Our ideal candidate will demonstrate experience developing frictionless integrations enabling speed to value for customers. This role is an exciting opportunity to innovate and create new feature functionality for the company’s core value proposition.  As a Sr. PM on the team, you will be highly visibiliable and empowered to drive results to our business, clients, and partners.


  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to develop an Ecosystem Strategy and Roadmap that enables frictionless integration to market leading platforms.
  • Work closely with product managers, integration engineering, customers and partners to define standardized use cases, repeatable patterns for integrations features and products based on market trends, customer needs and pain points.
  • Manage roadmap and prioritize user stories for features within the SessionM Integration portfolio based on the company's overall strategy, the competitive marketplace, and consumer needs.  
  • Write detailed requirement documents and work with designers to develop flows, wireframes and mockups at the start of the product development process.
  • Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods, as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
  • Coordinate product launches with all stakeholders.
  • Lead a number of research projects to help the company better understand user needs, the competitive landscape, opportunity size, trends and threats.
  • Define and track key product metrics; use metric targets to inform product evolution.
  • Evangelize product and articulate goals to gain buy-in from stakeholders across the company.
  • Work closely with UX to gather user feedback and iterate on or create new product features based on user needs and pain points.


  • Must have a deep understanding and be passionate about working with partners and platforms to productize the “last mile” of go-to-market plan for large complex implementations. 
  • At least 5-8 years experience in a product management or equivalent role, preferably in building enterprise products, with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
  • Demonstrated track record of execution and entrepreneurial thinking. Previous experience with building or managing enterprise level products is a plus. 
  • Ability to understand both business and technical requirements and convert them into a winning product vision.
  • Must have superior communication skills with the ability to evangelize our products internally and externally.
  • Should have a good sense of humor.
  • Understands that the only easy day was yesterday.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience integrating with analytics, e-commerce, CRM, and/or enterprise marketing platforms
  • Experience with Agile software development
  • Experience as software engineering or architect
