We are looking for a Solutions Architect who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is excited to support top tier brands and is passionate about creating solutions, both internal and for our clients. This individual will be part of our Enterprise Services & Solutions Team (ES&S). The ES&S Team is responsible for supporting our enterprise clients who leverage the power of our customer engagement platform to build relationships with their consumers.


  • Engage with client teams to architect technical integrations during both pre-sales and post-sales discovery sessions
  • Create/Propose reusable templates for SolutionM’s delivery strategy
  • Document the architecture and detail the technical data flows between systems to accomplish client’s business objectives
  • Support the integrations team on client initiatives and projects with expertise in enterprise architecture
  • To learn quickly, across a variety of subject areas and apply learned skills to solve issues
  • Expertly communicate complicated ideas to a wide range of audiences, both technical and non-technical at large enterprise customers and internally



  • Large-scale technical project implementation experience
  • Expertise in UML/BPM and requirements gathering
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture (SOA, EAI) and various protocols (SOAP, REST, EDI)
  • Local to the Boston area
  • Experience working with C-level executives


  • Computer Science degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in consulting
